POI Data combines these sources. They have different update cycles, geographic coverage and category vocabularies. We make no claim that each source contributes to each region or each individual row.

What DevIntel changes
Mapped to one schema, de-duplicated across sources (same place within 100 m with a similar name), US addresses cleaned, and building footprints added from Overture buildings.
Attribution and redistribution
Deliveries must include source licenses, any required NOTICE and a note that data was modified. The DevIntel Data License Agreement describes the purchased product; it does not remove upstream obligations. Review the source licenses for your use case, including public sample redistribution.
Comparing sources fairly
Evaluate regional coverage, fields, licensing and operational effort using the same geography and dates. We have not published measured source-overlap results or a source-by-source accuracy benchmark.
